Should I choose an HRC55 or HRC65 end mill?
It depends on the workpiece. For general steel, 55HRC is the best value. For hardened steel, stainless or mould work, use 65–70HRC. For aluminium, use a polished 3-flute end mill. Not sure? Send a photo of the part on LINE and our engineers will help you choose, free of charge.
